His journey in the distribution sector began with NCC Limited, where he spent nearly a decade honing his skills and spearheading numerous projects. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in implementing crucial schemes such as APDRP, RGGVY, and Infrastructure Plan Phase-II, significantly contributing to the electrification and enhancement of power distribution networks.

Mr. Subbaraju Vatsavayi has a rich professional history in procurement and his experience includes roles such as Chief Manager - Purchase at Kishore Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, where he oversaw procurement for Electrical and Buildings projects nationwide. Prior to this, he served as Dy-Manager Purchase at NCC Limited, managing procurement for Transmission & Distribution Electrical Projects. In his most recent role as Associate Manager - Purchase at Katerra India Pvt Ltd, Mr. Subbaraju led procurement activities for projects and clients of various Power utilities and Infrastructure giants across India, ensuring efficiency in purchasing operations for the automated Pre-Cast factory and project sites. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in negotiation, vendor management, and strategic procurement, contributing to the success of procurement operations across diverse environments.
